How do I return or exchange my order through the REVER service?
You can return or exchange your items simply by following the steps below.
Step 1 — Create your request
Go to the “Create a return” page on www.scavini.fr.
Enter your order number and your e-mail address, then select the item or items you wish to return or exchange, indicating:
- the reason for the return, or
- in the case of an exchange, the new size requested.
If you are requesting a refund, specify whether you would like store credit (promotional code) or a refund to the original payment method.
At the end of this step, you will be able to download your return label (and a pro forma invoice if you are outside the EU).
Step 2 — Prepare your parcel
Place all items back in their packaging and in the original parcel. Items must be new, unaltered, unworn, and in perfect condition, accompanied by all original elements (hang tags, button bags, hangers, labels, etc.).
Step 3 — Ship the parcel
Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel, then contact the carrier directly to schedule the pickup.
IMPORTANT: Returned items are subject to a quality check. If the items are in perfect condition, we will proceed with the exchange or refund of the total amount paid, after deduction of the return shipping costs, to the payment method used for the original purchase.
