Can I collect my order in store?

Yes. The “In-Store Pickup” service is available when placing your order.

It allows you to collect your purchases directly from our ready-to-wear boutique:

How it works

Select the “In-Store Pickup” option when placing your order.
You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Come and collect your order in store.

Holding period

Your order will be held in store for 14 days from the date the notification e-mail is sent.

After this period, if the order has not been collected and we have received no response from you despite our reminders, we will proceed with the return of the order and the refund of the amount paid to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns

Products purchased online and collected in store may also be returned in store.
