Am I responsible if my return parcel is lost or damaged during transport?


Yes. Returns, including those made through the REVER service, are carried out at the Customer’s own risk. You remain responsible for the delivery of the returned items until they have been effectively received by the boutique.


We recommend using a tracked shipping method and, if necessary, insurance, and keeping all proof of drop-off and/or shipment until the parcel has been successfully received.
