I do not want to use REVER — how can I return my order?
If you are unable or do not wish to use the REVER service, please contact our Customer Service in advance:

You may then return your order using the carrier of your choice, indicating your request inside the parcel (exchange or refund), to the following address:

IMPORTANT: If you make a return or exchange without using REVER, the shipping costs paid to the carrier remain entirely at your expense and will not be refunded.
