To view our full policy, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Article 8 — “Information relating to prices, taxes and applicable fees”.

Orders shipped within the European Union

Orders shipped within the EU are subject to no customs duties and are not subject to any additional taxes upon delivery. The VAT rate of the delivery country is applied at the time of purchase.

Orders shipped outside the EU and to French Overseas Territories

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties, payable upon arrival.

You pay for your order excluding tax at checkout. Upon import, the carrier — notably DHL Express — may charge you the applicable customs duties, taxes, and administrative fees.

We are not responsible for delays or fees related to customs clearance procedures.

IMPORTANT: In the event of refusal or non-payment of fees resulting in the order being returned to France, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs, customs duties, customs clearance fees, and return shipping costs — all of which will be deducted from the refunded amount. If these costs exceed the amount paid, no refund can be issued.

>

If the returned goods are lost, damaged, or deemed non-returnable by customs, the refund may be reduced or even cancelled.

Before placing an order, we recommend that you contact your local customs office to find out the import duties and taxes currently in force.
