What are the shipping times?

Orders are processed from Tuesday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). A tracking email is sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped.

If an item proves to be unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and proceed with a refund.

Orders without altered items

Orders that do not include any altered items are shipped within 7 working days on average.

Orders with one or more altered items

Orders including one or more altered items are shipped within 10 working days on average.

These orders must first be handled by our external tailor, which requires additional time corresponding to the alteration process.

Periods of high demand (sales, new collections, end-of-year holidays): shipping times may be extended. We are a small team and do our utmost to meet our usual timelines.
