What are the conditions for returns or exchanges?

You may request the return or exchange (for size) of any item purchased on www.scavini.fr within 14 days of receiving the items.

IMPORTANT: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items in the following categories:
- Personalized items*;
- Knee-high socks whose original packaging is not perfectly sealed.
Please take this into account before placing your order.

“Personalized items” refers to any item that has undergone an alteration of any kind (hem, cuff, waist adjustment, tapering, suspender-button attachment, etc.), carried out at the Customer’s request, whether the alteration was performed by the boutique when the order was placed or by the Customer (or a third party) after receipt.
