Do I have to pay the return shipping costs?

This depends on the refund method selected:

• Refund: return shipping costs are at your expense and are not refunded. If you make your return through REVER, the costs will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount.

• Store credit (promotional code to be used on a future order) through REVER: the return is free of charge.

For customers located outside the European Union, please note that we do not refund import duties or VAT paid to local authorities when your order was imported.
